Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. We are looking for initiative and proactive Researcher who is interested in self-development and career growth.

The role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Active search for candidates in IT field (Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps and others);
• Analysis of candidates resumes based on the specifics and requirements for the vacancy;
• Initial communication with candidates;
• Work with the internal database;
• Work closely with recruiter and other members of the recruitment team.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• Knowledge of the main channels and tools for finding candidates, methods of professional selection;
• English level (B2 or higher);
• Permanent and quick learner;
• Confident, enthusiastic and great team player.

Will be a plus:

• Finished IT courses in Recruitment/HR sphere or recruitment experience in any area.
