Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the IT team: planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and quality control.
- Take an active, hands-on role in technical tasks (administration, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Ensure stable operation of corporate infrastructure, including email services, file servers, and business applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain corporate and network equipment.
- Manage user access, configure permissions, and implement security policies.
- Administer Jira and Confluence (project structures, workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards).
- Monitor system performance, ensure data security, and manage backups.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT service providers for procurement and service delivery.
- Provide user support, training, and consultations to employees.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead IT or Senior System Administrator with leadership responsibilities.
- Willingness to combine team leadership with hands-on technical execution.
- English proficiency (B1+) and fluent Russian.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, CA, DFS, etc.).
- Strong background in Linux server administration (databases, web applications).
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS administration.
- Excellent understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with high responsibility and self-management.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
