The International Projects Coordination Department at IT Park is looking for a motivated specialist with excellent command of English and Korean. The candidate will be involved in international projects, communication with foreign partners, and support of programs with Korean organizations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Korean language at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in English language at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Higher education degree

• Experience in negotiations with international partners

• Skills in drafting and supporting contracts, memorandums, and agreements

• Knowledge of project management basics (initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, closure)

• Ability to work with official documentation and reporting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Confident PC user (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Translation and correspondence support with international partners (including Korea)

• Participation in preparation and implementation of international projects (training courses, joint initiatives)

• Coordination of meetings, preparation of agenda, minutes, and presentations

• Project reporting and documentation

• Maintaining contact databases and external communications

• Interaction with IT Park internal departments on project-related matters

Nice to have

• Experience working with Korean government or educational organizations

• Knowledge of a third language (Uzbek is an advantage)

• Background in education or IT sector
