Bilingual Personal Assistant (Russian-English) with Social Media & Online Platform Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in Russian and English. This role requires not only strong administrative and communication skills, but also hands-on experience managing content across social media and online business platforms.
You will support a busy executive with both personal and professional tasks, and help maintain the company’s presence and reputation online.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Personal Assistant Tasks:

Manage emails and respond on behalf of the executive

Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
-
Handle travel bookings, errands, and general day-to-day support
-
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Translate or communicate in both Russian and English when needed
Social Media & Online Platform Tasks:

Create and post content (photos, videos, announcements) on platforms like:

Facebook
-
Instagram
-
LinkedIn
-
Pinterest
-
Google Business Profile
-
Yelp
-
Nextdoor
-
Google’s Local Services
-
-
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally

Maintain brand tone and quality in all online communication

Assist with reviews, local visibility, and reputation management

Research and recommend content strategies or posting ideas
Requirements:

Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)

Proven experience managing business accounts on social media and online review platforms

Strong writing and communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize

Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset

Tech-savvy: familiar with social media tools, Google Workspace, basic photo/video editing tools a plus

Prior experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
