Assist and support the Director of Human Resources, the leadership and management team to create the JW Marriott culture in the Hotel. The role is responsible for all HR activities during the hotel's pre-opening phase, focusing on talent acquisition and HR infrastructure development to ensure a successful launch. Key duties include managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role requires strong collaboration with department heads to align staffing with business objectives and ensure a strong organizational culture.
KEY RESPONSBILITITIES include:-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage comprehensive staffing plans in collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Write and advertise job vacancies on internal and external platforms.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the new hotel environment.
- Administering and Educating Employee Benefits

HR Policy & Infrastructure:
- Develop, implement, and disseminate all HR policies, procedures, and standards for the new hotel.
- Establish essential HR systems and filing systems for employee data and records.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with current labor laws and hotel standards
- Maintaining Employee Relations
- Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property
- Collaborates with management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
- CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:
Exceptional communication (written and verbal); multitasking; organizational; and time-management skills. A proactive, discreet, and customer-oriented approach is crucial for success in this role.

Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian languages; in MS Office apps, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll software
