Our marketing team is looking for a skilled candidate to manage user acquisition via Meta Ads.
Your Future Tasks:

Launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta Ads: Manage formats like App, Web, and Web2App (W2A) to achieve maximum efficiency.

Analyzing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, ProfitShare): Conduct in-depth data analysis to maximize budget efficiency and achieve optimal results.

Identifying and scaling successful strategies: Regularly test hypotheses and identify effective combinations for scaling campaigns.

Conducting competitor analysis: Research the market and competitors to uncover new opportunities and enhance advertising strategies.

Developing test plans for new clients.
-
Collaborating with the creative team: Provide reports on creative test results and recommendations to improve creative strategy.

Utilizing analytics systems: Analyze data in detail, monitor ad campaign performance, and optimize based on analytics insights.
Qualifications of Our Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience with Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of global traffic acquisition (WW).
-
Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
-
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: Confident use of formulas (e.g., IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, MID, SEARCH, VLOOKUP), pivot tables, and conditional formatting.

Strong creative evaluation skills.

Responsible and detail-oriented.

Desire for growth and continuous learning.
Will Be a Plus:

Experience in scaling mobile/web projects from the ground up.

Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest.

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Data Looker, etc.).

Knowledge of the QUERY function in Google Sheets.

English proficiency level of B1 or higher.
