Central Asian University is seeking a talented Financial Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize financial data across company operations. The role includes reporting, financial modeling, data visualization, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze the company’s financial data.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.

• Build financial models and forecasts (P&L, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actual).

• Create dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI / Tableau / Excel).

• Automate financial reporting processes and work with large datasets.

• Participate in budget planning and evaluate business process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Data Analyst.

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros).

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data processing is a plus.

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail.

• Languages: English – C1 / Russian – C1 / Uzbek – C1

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
