We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Junior+ / Middle level) who's eager to grow with the team and create visual solutions that help our brand stand out from the competition.

In this role, you'll work with digital assets, contribute to building a cohesive visual style, and be involved in the creative process from concept to final delivery.

You'll be part of a creative and supportive environment that values initiative, a good eye for design, and the drive to grow professionally.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

Responsibilities:

• preparing app store screenshots (Apple Store / Google Play) according to platform guidelines;
• designing app icons for testing purposes;
• creating visuals for social media (posts, covers, newsletter images);
• developing marketing materials (e.g. banners).

Requirements:

Hard Skills

• 1+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• confident skills in Figma for layout design, working with text and images, and exporting graphics;
• basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for editing and finalizing assets;
• understanding of core principles of typography, composition, and color theory;
• attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines;
• english level: B1 (written).

Soft skills

• team player — able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments;
• creativity and initiative - generating ideas for new solutions and visual concepts;
• receptive to feedback and willing to iterate based on input;
• attention to detail and thoroughness;

Nice to have:

• experience working with Figma plugins;
• skills in layout design and preparing print-ready files;
• creating presentations;
• basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
