Who we are:
English Zone is a modern learning space with 11+ years of experience and 4 branches. We believe that learning is natural, fun, and effective when done together. Our team is young, energetic, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment for students and staff.

Your role:
As a Manager, you will be the first person students, guests, and team members meet when they enter our office. Your job is to keep the space organized, friendly, and running smoothly every day. This position combines reception duties with general office management to create a comfortable and efficient workspace for everyone.

What you’ll do:
Greet visitors and students, answer calls/messages, and provide basic information about our programs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Oversee supplies, equipment, and small daily maintenance tasks
Assist team members with simple administrative tasks and scheduling
Support the team during events, trainings, and team-building activities

We’re looking for someone who is:
English level: B1–B2+ (able to communicate confidently with students and staff)
Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented
Proactive and willing to take initiative in keeping the office running smoothly
Comfortable using a laptop and modern tools
Previous experience in administration, reception, or office management is a plus

Schedule: 5/2 (Mon–Fri), 7:30 – 15:00
Contract: 6–12 months
