We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative new team member to join as a Junior Business Development Manager (Onboarding Specialist). You’ll help onboard new clients and partners while building foundational business development skills in a truly global fintech environment.

Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual at the beginning of their business development career who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving company. As our new Junior Business Development Manager (Onboarding Specialist), you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience for our partners and supporting our growth strategy across the fintech and cryptocurrency markets.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with new partners and clients to manage every stage of the onboarding process, ensuring high satisfaction and compliance with internal requirements.
• Assist the Business Development team in scheduling and preparing partnership materials, coordinating necessary documents, and gathering required information.
• Support KYC/AML processes by liaising with partners and internal compliance teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Operations functions to streamline partner integration and deliver results in line with company objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress, reporting regularly to the Business Development Managers and team leader.
• Help build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and business clients, tracking key data and ensuring flawless follow-up and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for business development activities, market analysis, and process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Strong desire to start or grow your career in business development, fintech, or crypto.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised approach with a knack for documentation and multitasking.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems (training provided).
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes or compliance is an advantage, but not required.
• Positive, proactive attitude, team player, and open to continual learning.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
