The Royal Thai Embassy wishes to announce the recruitment of the position of “Clerk”, with the qualifications, and job descriptions are as follows:
Job Description:
1. Secretary’s work and Ambassador’s schedule
2. Assisting with the administrative and HR work such as finances, banking, and other related documents, diplomatic pouch, etc.
3. Coordinating with the government and private sectors on office-related tasks such as appointments, meetings, stationary, banks, hotels, travel agencies and car rentals, etc.
4. Assisting with protocol-related matters.
5. Other assignments given by the Embassy.
Qualifications
1) Graduated with at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
2) Good in English, Kazakh and Russian languages;
3) Competent in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint;
4) Reliable, hardworking, polite, responsible, a team player, and able to perform well under pressure.
Salary:
The position offers a monthly salary of 456.- EURO, with extra payment for overtime work and possible other remuneration in accordance with the Embassy’s employment regulations
Contract Duration:
20 October 2025 - 30 September 2026, with Initial Contract during the 3-month probation period between 20 October 2025 - 19 January 2026.
