We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in English (confident level);
• Excellent communication skills and ease in connecting with people;
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Analytical mindset with an ability to handle data analysis;
• Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday);
• Willingness to work from office in Minsk;
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges;
• Adaptability to new processes and tools;
• A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks;
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills;
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and working with Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data;
• Working with client database in the CRM system;
• Responding to manager’s requests and ensuring timely resolutions.
