School Secretary

We are looking for Responsible and Proactive professionals!

Responsibilities:

• Front desk duties: answer incoming calls, provide information, direct calls where necessary; greet visitors, handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate destination; read and sort incoming school correspondence

• Data management: work with the lists of staff, students and parents

• Communications: prepare and distribute appropriate communications; prepare a variety of documents including correspondence, agendas, reports, schedules; translating emails and newsletters; assisting the school senior leadership team when necessary (copying documents, ordering taxi etc); verbal and written translation and interpretation for parents and teachers

• Administrative assistance for the Head of School and Head of Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (must have)
• Upper-Intermediate English level: Spoken and written
• Effective communication strategies
