Our partner, a fast-growing tech company, is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join their remote team. The company is actively expanding its international client base and is seeking a proactive professional who can help generate and manage leads, support pre-sales activities, and maintain a strong online presence.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a senior in the future, working directly with company leadership in a dynamic, startup-style environment.
Responsibilities

Process and qualify leads from Facebook, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Participate in pre-sale calls and assist with client communication.

Prepare initial commercial proposals and coordinate follow-ups.

Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.

Conduct market and client research to identify new business opportunities.

Provide daily operational support to the business development team.
Requirements
-
English level: B2 or higher, strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.

Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or pre-sales is an advantage.

Understanding of IT, SaaS, or digital products is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proactive, independent, and fast-learning approach to work.

Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong plus.
