HYPERVSN is considering adding a Purchase/procurement Specialist position at our Minsk office soon.

HYPERVSN is looking for a Purchase/procurement Specialist in the Minsk office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing plastic, metal parts, accessories, and electronics components, demonstrating negotiation skills and financial awareness in the purchasing/manufacturing process whilst managing and working within the agreed budget, quality, and delivery targets
• Discussion of technical issues with the supplier/producer
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to enable access to the newest technologies, facilitate prototype production, and scale up to full production
• Ensure parts/products are delivered in line with the requirements and to the correct quality standard
• Flexibility in approach is required, along with appropriate supportive team behaviors and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, experience working in a responsive and agile procurement environment, particularly with Contract Manufacturing/component market experience with a global supplier network (Asia, Europe, US, etc.)
• The full process of purchasing (or production) from order placement to control of delivery and corresponding paperwork (including ERP, CRM, and task management system (ClickUP))
• Organization of customs clearance (if necessary)
• Interaction with the sales and events departments, R&D, and accounting
• Claim work
• Payments control

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (economic/technical specialization is preferable)
• A proven understanding of manufacturing processes, along with the ability to understand and discuss engineering drawings, will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of work experience in the purchasing area
• Good Business English knowledge is a must (C1 level is preferable)
• Confident Excel user
• Experience in using ERP (Odoo) and ClickUP system will be an advantage
• Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, planning skills
• Ability to work with a big volume of information
