As an System Administrator, you will respond to routine client hardware/software complications and/or questions. We are looking for an energetic problem solver who is committed to achieving the desired outcomes by any means necessary. This individual should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to add value to a rapidly growing company.

Position is open for a fulltime role in our Gomel office.

Main duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance in-person, over the phone or email.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of employee on-boarding process.
  • Support and take ownership of managing our mobile phones/devices.
  • Manage and monitor internal assets throughout device lifecycle to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT operations in the United States and Hungary.
  • Other duties may be added or assigned as needed.

Required skills:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office applications and Office 365.
  • Active Directory administration, Windows/Linux Server basics.
  • Networking basics: Client PC connectivity, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi.
  • Troubleshooting issues with major web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer.
  • Deep knowledge of major mobile devices: Google Android, Apple iOS.
  • Proficiency in English (B2).
  • 2+ years of End User Support experience in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work with users of various levels of computer knowledge.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical organization skills with an established record of providing outstanding service.
  • Proactive, problem solving attitude.
