We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Business Support (Intern) to join our growing team in Uzbekistan!

As an Office Business Support Intern, you will:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR and Office Management teams.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and record maintenance in line with company policies.
• Support coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events.
• Help manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office logistics.
• Assist in onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and help maintain a positive and efficient office environment.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
