Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a person who’s more than just a prospector - someone who brings creativity to outbound lead generation. If you’re tired of “spray and pray” and want to build an intelligent, high-converting outreach system, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Business Development to drive outbound efforts, test hypotheses, shape messaging, and build outreach processes that generate new clients across target regions (US, EU, CIS).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of BizDev to refine Azati’s client acquisition approaches.

  • Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns to generate new leads.

  • Conduct intro calls independently - present the company, qualify prospects, explore initial needs, and hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales.

  • Actively test hypotheses, CTAs, messaging angles, ICP segments, and channels.

  • Continuously expand lead generation channels - go beyond LinkedIn and email outreach.

  • Utilize AI-driven tools to personalize, enrich, and scale outreach efforts.

  • Maintain clear and structured lead tracking and funnel transparency inside HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (B2–C1) - both written and spoken - to confidently run intro calls with international clients.

  • Creative and strategic thinker - able to craft human, relevant messaging instead of generic templates.

  • Experience targeting European, US, and CIS markets with a good grasp of cultural and communication nuances.

  • Proven experience using AI tools for personalization, data enrichment, and automation.

  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, creativitiy and willingness to learn new channels, approaches, and tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or managing an SDR/lead gen team - valuable for future scaling at Azati as you grow in your career.

  • Experience in sales or pre-sales activities - some leads may be handled by you directly, if this is an area you’re interested in developing further.
