We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in a B2B software development environment.
- Knowledge of the software development industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific lead generation tools and techniques.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Showcase a proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and contributing to the conversion process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, at least B2 level.

Lead Identification: Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and qualify potential leads.

Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects, create interest in our services, and drive conversations with key decision-makers.

Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and follow-ups.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies, providing valuable insights to enhance conversion rates.

Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging content, such as emails, newsletters, and promotional materials, to capture the attention of potential clients.

Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation activities, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
