We are seeking a talented Business Insights Manager\Analyst to join our dynamic game studio. This is not a reactive reporting job, you’ll help shape KPIs, identify business opportunities, and guide leadership with clear, data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collating information and providing insight to improve performance.
- Working closely with our account managers to provide them the business INSIGHTS.
- Сreating a database of key metrics.
- Account managers KPI creation and management.
- Internal development touchpoints, operator performance.
- Be able to answer questions efficiently and promptly.
Requirements:
- 0,5 - 1 year as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-starter with a collaborative approach and a high attention to detail.
- English B2 or higher.
- Experience with SQL will be a plus.
Will be a plus:
- Expertise in iGaming (KPIs).
- Experience with SQL.
