Office Administrator / Reception (Industrial Company)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and partners at the office.
  • Manage the reception desk: handle incoming calls, register visitors, and manage inquiries.
  • Maintain meeting protocols, record visits, and track follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office calendars.
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality and uphold the company’s corporate image.
  • Provide administrative support to the office (mail handling, documentation, courier coordination).
  • Communicate and cooperate with internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Office Administrator is required.
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate politely and professionally.
  • Presentable appearance, diplomacy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain meeting minutes and follow proper business protocol.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Only UAE residents
