Обязанности:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations and cancellations via phone, email, and booking systems
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Follow hotel policies and uphold high standards of hospitality
Требования:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Confident computer skills (Hotel booking software. Booking.com E- Mexmon)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliability and punctuality
