Обязанности:

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle room reservations and cancellations via phone, email, and booking systems
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Follow hotel policies and uphold high standards of hospitality

Требования:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Confident computer skills (Hotel booking software. Booking.com E- Mexmon)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Reliability and punctuality
