Dear candidates, kindly note that this position is located in Bishkek.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Market Development Manager to develop and deliver on Kyrgyzstan growth strategies and business plan for each sales channel.
• Track and report on the delivery of plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor distribution targets and point-of-sale (POS) norms, providing guidance to the distributors.
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and follow up on their execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the distributor teams and company functions, ensuring alignment with the Regional Market Development Manager and headquarters (HQ) teams.
• Monitor brand activity compliance and report findings to the Regional Market Development Manager and HQ.
• Prepare country business reports covering volume, profitability, and business metrics; support the Regional Market Development Manager in preparing country reports, reviewing presentations, and fulfilling other requirements.
• Track market trends, analyze competitor actions, and propose necessary actions.
• Conduct periodic market visits to audit merchandising and execution performance

Requirements:

• Work experience: 3 - 5 years
• Work experience in sector: 2+ years (in sales, trade marketing, or market development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.)
• Graduate degree from sales, marketing, business administration, or similar
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of sales and distribution operations
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Marketing, sales and Strategic Planning experience
• Responsiveness to fast changing conditions and agility
• Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
