Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the headquarters to build Kazakhstan's financial infrastructure from scratch, including but not limited to opening local bank accounts, tax registration, and formulating an adaptive financial and tax compliance management system based on local financial and tax compliance policies.
Be responsible for the overall budget and evaluation management in Kazakhstan, including annual budget review, decomposition, approval and issuance, budget management, and operational analysis. Provide financial advice and decision support for the management to formulate or implement operational management strategies.
Organize and implement operational plan management, and complete monthly and weekly operational plan execution reports. Participate in financial early warning management and be responsible for the regular monitoring of core financial control indicators.
Assist superiors in data statistics and support for financial calculation and analysis, profit forecasting, and special financial research projects.
Establish a localized financial team in Kazakhstan.
Qualifications
Full-time bachelor's degree in finance-related majors, with at least 2 years of budget management experience; overseas work experience is preferred.
Strong data sensitivity, rigorous logic, and attention to details.
Cheerful personality, good communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Russian as working languages is preferred.
