- Manage Russian bank account, including reconciliation, transaction tracking, and compliance with banking and tax regulations.
- Manage receivables and payables processes for the Russian business with strict adherence to Russian and UAE accounting standards.
- Perform account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with both Russian and UAE banks to resolve financial queries and ensure smooth transactional flow.
- Address and resolve any irregularities, audit findings, or account inquiries.
- Support intercompany reconciliations, currency conversions, and cross-border financial reporting between Russian and UAE operations.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation related to Russian entities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience, preferably with exposure to international operations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
