Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Yellow

Mission

To oversee Yellow’s daily parcel shipping operations (USA Uzbekistan), ensure smooth logistics, increase efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
• Supervise daily parcel shipping and import/export processes.
• Plan and execute logistics for USA–Uzbekistan shipments.
• Manage warehouse, office, and dispatch operations.
* Open new branches
2. Financial Oversight
• Monitor cost and revenue per shipment.
• Improve profit margins through operational optimization.
• Control expenses (fuel, packaging, handling, salary) based on KPIs.
3. Team Leadership
• Work with HR to recruit, train, and motivate staff.
• Set KPIs for each department (dispatch, accounting, warehouse, sales).
• Build a strong and efficient operational team.
4. Strategy & Growth
• Expand shipping routes and open new destinations.
• Establish and manage partnerships with vendors and carriers.
• Develop new customer-oriented services.

Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in logistics, shipping, or transport management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and scale 50+ employees.
• Analytical skills: Strong understanding of financial KPIs, P&L, and ROI.
• Tech-savvy: Skilled in Excel, ERP, or shipping platforms.
• Languages: Fluent in English plus Uzbek/Russian preferred.

Salary
• Start $2000 + bonus.
* Work schedule Mon-Sat 9am-6pm
