International Agriculture University (IAU) is a state university established in 2022 in partnership with the Royal Agricultural University (UK). IAU delivers British-standard higher education in Tashkent, taught entirely in English, and awards graduates a UK diploma. Position: Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment
Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

The Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment will be responsible for leading all marketing activities and managing the complete student recruitment cycle. The role plays a key part in strengthening IAU’s brand, expanding awareness across Uzbekistan and abroad, and attracting high-quality applicants. This position requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:
- Develop and implement IAU’s overall marketing and communication strategy
- Lead the marketing team (SMM, design, content, PR)
- Manage social media, website content, and advertising campaigns
- Run digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and attract applicants
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Create promotional materials and oversee content production

Student Recruitment:
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and education centers
- Organize Open Days, school visits, presentations, and education fairs
- Oversee communication with prospective students and their parents
- Support applicants throughout the registration and admission process
- Analyze recruitment outcomes and prepare performance reports

Qualifications:

- Experience in marketing, student recruitment, or related fields
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Uzbek, and Russian
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage
