Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage end-to-end hiring processes for academic and administrative positions.

Develop accurate job descriptions and job postings tailored to university needs.

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

2. Talent Sourcing & Market Research

Use modern recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, international job boards, AI-driven tools, etc.).

Identify and attract top local and international talent.

Monitor labor market trends to adjust hiring strategies.

3. Recruitment Analytics

Maintain and analyze the recruitment funnel (sourcing screening interview offer hire).

Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR management.

Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose improvements.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and faculty leadership.

Ensure excellent communication and timely updates throughout all hiring stages.

Support onboarding processes for new hires.

5. Employer Branding

Contribute to building NUU’s image as an employer of choice.

Prepare recruitment content, announcements, and event participation.

Support career fairs, networking events, and partnership development.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in education or corporate environment).

Strong knowledge of modern hiring platforms and sourcing techniques.

Experience with recruitment funnel analytics and report preparation.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian or Uzbek is an advantage.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
