We are seeking an experienced General Manager or Operational Manager to ensure efficient daily operations and support the strategic growth of our company in the country.

LPP is a Polish company specializing in clothing design, production, and retail. The company owns Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, and Sinsay — brands that reflect diverse lifestyles, unique styles, and the individual needs of customers. LPP’s retail network includes over 2800 stores in more than 41 markets. More than 54000 jobs provided across offices, distribution centers, and retail locations in Poland as well as in foreign subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day company operations in the country and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ on strategy implementation across development, investment, finance, and sales.
• Oversee office management and administrative processes.
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering a strong company culture.
• Provide employees with tools, knowledge, and best practices to support their performance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle in coordination with the Matrix Manager.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across local and international teams.
• Ensure smooth operations across all departments.
• Act as the key link between the local office, store chain, and HQ.
• Monitor the local market and provide HQ with insights and action plans.
• Create conditions for company growth and identify new opportunities.
• Achieve financial targets and ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adapt company strategies to market trends and changes.
• Build strong relationships with Matrix Managers, local partners, and external authorities.
