Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Experience with channel manager tools (booking platforms, reservations, etc.)
- Ability to manage and update social media accounts
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Monitor online bookings and manage room availability
- Communicate with guests and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain and grow the hotel’s online presence
- Coordinate with staff and handle guest requests
