The role provides operational support to the recruitment (RPO) team on the Mars project. The specialist will coordinate key candidate selection stages (including Assessment Centers), support internship hiring end-to-end, manage internal vacancy communications, and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

What are we looking for?
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal) with candidates and hiring managers
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset; ability to solve issues quickly and independently
• HR / Recruitment experience is a strong plus (internship or junior experience is welcome)
• English – Upper intermediate
• Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendars

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Assessment Center Coordination (final selection stage):
send invitations to candidates, facilitate schedules and time slots, coordinate logistics and confirmations, prepare clear instructions and communications for all participants
• Stakeholder Communication:
coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on agenda, availability, updates, and changes; ensure timely alignment and follow-ups
• Internal Vacancy Communication:
prepare and send internal vacancy announcements (internal job postings), track responses and ensure correct messaging and timelines
• Internship Recruitment (end-to-end support):
support the full hiring cycle for interns/students: candidate communication, interview/assessment scheduling, maintaining statuses, coordinating feedback and next steps
