Who we are looking for:

• You have extensive experience (10+ years) in FMCG marketing with a proven track record in brand building, portfolio management, and leading media/digital strategies;

• You possess a university degree in Marketing or Business (an MBA is a plus);

• You have experience in managing the full ATL/BTL ecosystem and the end-to-end innovation pipeline;

• You have strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, creativity, and a bias for action;

• You are a demonstrated leader with experience in developing high-performing teams, coaching, and talent development;

• You are fluent in both Russian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marketing function, owning portfolio strategy and brand plans aligned with the Carlsberg Group's vision;

• Build distinctive brand communications and develop a full-funnel media strategy (ATL/BTL/digital/social) based on deep consumer and shopper insights;

• Shape and manage the innovation pipeline from insight generation to in-market execution, including clear post-launch reviews;

• Orchestrate integrated commercial plans with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to maximize brand availability, visibility, and conversion across all trade channels;

• Develop and grow a high-performing marketing team through clear role definition, capability building, coaching, and succession planning;

• Manage marketing budgets and investments to deliver portfolio growth and brand equity KPIs.
