Altoros, an established provider of software development services and a Belarus Hi-Tech Park resident, is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with prospective customers on US&European market. We will provide in-depth training — all you need is a strong communication skills and a passion for a career in IT Sales. Candidates will be selected based on the results of tests and extensive interviews.
Primary responsibilities:

Active sales;

Assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets;
-
Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors;
-
Generating leads for possible cooperation;
-
Qualify, negotiate and close deals;
-
Support and track progress of existing leads, opportunities and partnerships;

Formal proposal writing and business model design;
-
Evaluating a business and then realizing its full potential, using such tools as marketing, information management and customer service.
Job requirements:

Excellent English, written and oral (Advanced level, C1)

A strong interest in sales and lead generation; enthusiasm for further education

Residence in the USA/UK in the past would be an advantage
-
Previous experience in sales would be a plus
