We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become a key part of our customer success team.
Your mission will be to make sure every client enjoys a simple, smooth, and effective experience with our product — while feeling supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct live demos of new features and product updates for clients.

• Provide comprehensive customer support through chat, email, and video calls.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback, passing valuable insights to the product team.

• Prioritize and track user requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Create user guides, FAQs, and helpful documentation to make our product easier to use.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has English proficiency (B2 or higher) — both written and spoken.

• Communicates clearly, empathetically, and with attention to detail.

• Builds trusting relationships and enjoys helping people succeed.

• Can identify customer needs and offer effective, personalized solutions.

• Manages time well and stays productive in a multitasking environment.
