In 2019, the company opened its office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk. Hegelmann Logistic is a transport and forwarding company that provides all types of transportation to various countries.

We’re looking for a Support Operations Specialist to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• registering cargo transportation claims received via email for further processing by the responsible colleagues;
• communicating in a foreign language on support-related matters;
• checking and completing UK/EU transport documents and supporting related processes;
• sharing regular updates with the team and management;
• helping us improve and develop the service.

What we’re looking for:

• English at B2 level;
• conversational French is a big plus;
• great communication skills and a team-player attitude;
• ability to stay calm under pressure and pay attention to details;
• confidence in working with large amounts of information;
• good knowledge of MS Office.
