Responsible for supporting and developing incident response (IR) processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and optimizing IR processes and playbooks.

Integrating processes with other systems (CMDB, SOAR).

Monitoring process effectiveness and preparing metrics.

Training the team and ensuring process compliance.
Requirements:

Experience designing IR processes.

Knowledge of BPMN, ITIL, and NIST frameworks.

Process Thinking: Systematic approach to process design.
-
Analytical Skills: Evaluating effectiveness and driving optimization.

Communication: Training and supporting staff.
