We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist for Odoo ERP, who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Odoo implementation.
The QA Specialist will develop and execute test plans, identify issues, and collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and business users to ensure the flawless operation of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Odoo modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.).

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Validate customizations, configurations, and integrations with third-party systems.

• Identify, document, and track bugs/defects; work closely with developers and consultants to ensure timely resolution.

• Verify data migration accuracy and test business processes/workflows across all modules.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with ERP testing, API testing, and data validation.

• Experience with the Odoo Testing Framework will be a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong documentation abilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
