Role Overview
We are scaling our products and team and are looking for a Middle IT Recruiter who knows how to attract and engage top talent, not just fill vacancies.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
- own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions in product teams: from defining the role profile to candidate onboarding and successful completion of the probation period;
- partner with Leads and C-level executives to clarify requirements, influence candidate profiles, and propose recruitment solutions;
- proactively source and engage relevant candidates, including passive talent, and manage inbound applications;
- ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process;
- contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes as the company grows;
- participate in other HR initiatives, including internal programs and HR process development.
What We Expect from You:
Hard skills
- around 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter;
- experience managing vacancies independently, end-to-end;
- solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the talent market;
- competence in conducting competency-based interviews and assessing soft skills through behavioral examples;
- strong sourcing skills, including working with passive candidates;
- excellent communication skills with candidates and internal teams;
- english level B1 or higher.
