Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships after the contract is signed. Your mission is to ensure smooth technical integration, successful transition from pilot to long-term partnership, and strong commercial performance throughout the client lifecycle.
You will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams — overseeing delivery, alignment, billing, upselling, and SLA compliance — while building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Delivery

Own the post-sales client journey from contract signature through full deployment and long-term partnership

Drive fast and structured SDK integration by coordinating product, engineering, and client teams

Define onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities with all stakeholders

Organize and lead regular syncs, kickoffs, and status meetings
Project & Stakeholder Management

Align technical, business, and executive stakeholders on scope, expectations, and success criteria

Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time launches

Ensure smooth transition from pilot/POC to long-term commercial rollout
Commercial Ownership

Manage billing processes, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Ensure high payment discipline and contract compliance

Identify and execute upsell, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities

Support renewals and long-term commercial commitments
SLA & Client Success

Monitor and enforce SLAs related to technical support and delivery

Act as first escalation point for client issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams

Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates
Reporting & Internal Alignment

Maintain accurate account documentation and status tracking

Provide regular updates on account health, risks, and growth opportunities

Share structured feedback with Product and Engineering to improve integration and roadmap alignment
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience
-
3–5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Project Management within B2B SaaS

Experience working with technical products (SDKs, APIs, platforms) is highly preferred
Project Management

Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder integrations and timelines
-
Comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
Commercial Acumen

Experience with billing, renewals, upselling, and commercial negotiations

Strong ownership mindset for revenue, retention, and payment discipline
Communication

Excellent written and spoken English

Confident working with C-level, product, engineering, and operations teams
Organization & Ownership

Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in parallel
