Renaissance Minsk Congress Hotel and SPA Centre looking forward to a new team member in Front Office.

Hours of work: full-time, shift schedule 2/2 (day & night shifts)

Description:

• Welcome guests on arrival
• Check guests in and out using PMS Opera and Mobile Guest Service, issue room keys using VISION program, provide guests full hotel services information
• Be positive, stress-resistant and super multi-tasking to assist and fulfill almost all guest’s requests, informing about local attractions and current events, provide additional services
• Handle incoming calls, take Room Service orders, manage external and internal business correspondence, make room reservations (out of Reservation department working hours), etc.
• Deal with guest requests, comments or complaints, to be proactive in resolving of guest problems
• Communicate with other hotel departments when needed in order to comply guests requests
• Prepare bills and deal with payments, creating outstanding impression upon guests departure.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English
• A passion to work with people
• Be a stress-resistant and multi-tasking
• Be a good team-player and learn fast.
