Required Assistant for Procurement and Sales manager with the some experience in this field.
Core Responsibilities
- Making contracts (with buyers and carriers), registration contracts in "ВЭД Декларант" & "ЕИСВО" system.
- Making reports (on shipments, payments received under contracts, tracking goods in transit).
- Arranging property insurance in transit.
- Maintaining contacts with buyers, the EXIM team in Kokand and Indorama companies in Turkey and Indonesia.
- Entering to the 1C planned shipments.
- Making CO (Customer order) and DO (Dispatch report) in ERP System.
- Booking vessels with a shipping line and drawing up a bill of lading.
- Drafting shipping instructions (for EXIM Kokand).
- Interacting with the accounting department (checking reconciliation reports, collecting a package of documents for submission to the tax office).
- Making DN service in 1C for payment of transportation company.
- Submitting documents to the Bank as per LC
Requirements:
- Related field experience
- Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance/Logistics
- English
- Uzbek
- Russian
Working hours - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. Please send your CVs in English language
