We’re now looking for talented and driven IT Recruiter to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, Digital and Back-office roles.

• Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools and other resources.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain high quality standards — quality over quantity.

• Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in closing complex roles. Experience in a recruiting agency will be a big plus.

• Fluent Russian and English (at least B2 level).

• Strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to independently learn and get up to speed on new and unfamiliar positions.

• A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality.

• Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.

• Transparent KPI system: Fixed pay is proportional to KPI performance (approx. 25–30 relevant candidates per month, approved by management and submitted to clients).
