1PT Group is seeking a proactive Marketing HR\HR Brand Manager passionate about promoting our employer brand. Responsibilities:

• Manage internal communications: newsletters, digests and corporate updates to keep teams informed.
• Develop and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram): content planning, posting, engagement and basic analytics.
• Support and drive HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Source and manage branded merchandise (corporate swag).
• Organize corporate events (online and offline), including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Develop and manage employee benefits: expand partner discounts and administer the Allsports program.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in HR Marketing\Marketing experience
• High proficiency in English (B2-C1 level)
• Strong communication skills: clear idea expression, emotional management, ethical and respectful interactions, questioning skills, and rapport building.
• Solid written communication skills: clear, structured, and concise writing.

Nice to have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Marketing.
• Experience with Figma
