Role Mission: to support our growth, we are looking for a Partnership Manager who will build and scale our partner ecosystem and external talent network.
The Partnership Manager owns the entire lifecycle of:
Partner companies / Subcontractors
B2B contractors
Their mission is to provide Azati with fast, flexible, and risk-controlled access to external resources, enabling growth without inflating headcount or bench.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Contractor Network Development
Build and continuously expand a network of partner companies and B2B contractors in
the EU and other relevant regions
Maintain a vetted pool of external specialists ready for presale and project staffing
Presale & Project Staffing Support
Support sales and delivery teams during presale when internal resources are
unavailable
Quickly source suitable subcontractors for interviews and project needs
Candidate & Partner Qualification
Review CVs, rates, availability, and eligibility
Validate English proficiency and communication skills
Coordinate internal technical interviews and client interviews
Collect, document, and share interview feedback
Contracting & Risk Control
Initiate and manage NDA, MSA, and SOW processes with partners
Align financial terms to target profitability margins
Onboarding & Offboarding
Lead subcontractor onboarding, including process introduction and compliance
Ensure security, access management, and internal standards are followed
Manage structured offboarding and capture feedback for future cooperation
Quality & Performance Management
Monitor subcontractor performance during projects
Act as a point of escalation between Azati and partner companies
Process & Knowledge Management
Maintain an up-to-date database of vetted subcontractors and partners
Track rates, availability, performance history, and restrictions
Continuously improve partner-related processes and workflows
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, subcontracting, or IT
outsourcing
Experience working with B2B contractors and partner companies
Knowledge of contract structures (NDA, MSA, SOW)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
B2-C1 English (spoken and written)
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Delivery, Legal, and Finance
High ownership mindset and structured approach to work
Nice to Have
Existing network of IT service partners or contractors
Background in staffing, outstaffing, or consulting companies
Experience working with EU and US clients
Understanding of profitability and margin management
