We are looking for a highly driven Commercial Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for Hampton by Hilton Minsk City Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale and Groups segments.
• Drive new business generation and manage key accounts.
• Lead and develop the Sales Team, set KPIs and oversee performance.
• Manage marketing activities, including social media and production of promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, recommending proactive actions.
• Lead the RFP process, rate negotiations and system updates.
• Participate in revenue meetings, prepare monthly reports, and manage the department budget.
• Maintain strong partner relationships and expand the client base.
• Organize familiarization visits, hospitality events and client show-arounds.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and local regulations.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales; senior-level experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and teammotivating skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales, revenue management and budgeting.
• Experience with Opera, TravelLine, STR and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of the tourism market and key accounts.
• Fluent English and Russian.
