We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will design, launch, and scale the Transformation, which will have a direct impact on the implementation strategy for predicting players' behaviour in real-time.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the AI/ML strategy and execution across the organization;

• Develop, implement, and monitor machine learning models for business-critical use cases, including:
  Predicting traffic cohort ROI
  Early identification of VIP players
  Early black traffic detection

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization in current processes using AI;

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into AI solutions

• Build strong relationships with C-suite and Board stakeholders, ensuring business alignment and executive sponsorship.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML strategy development and execution;

• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, classification, anomaly detection);

• Proven experience building and deploying models for ROI prediction, VIP identification, fraud detection, LTV/churn modeling, or similar high-impact use cases;

• Ability to connect ML outputs with revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management;

• Experience identifying automation and AI-driven optimization opportunities across processes;

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level and Board-level executives;

• Cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering);

• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
