Coordinates communication between SOC and other departments as well as external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Organizing and maintaining communications between SOC, IT, business units, and external providers.

Processing and routing requests, monitoring execution.

Supporting SLA and OLA compliance.

Participating in incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years of experience coordinating processes in information security or IT.

Skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
