Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing SOC performance data to evaluate effectiveness and inform management.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing regular reports on incidents, threat trends, and SOC performance.

Analyzing KPIs and SLAs, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.

Working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Supporting report automation.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.

Knowledge of SIEM and ability to handle large datasets.
