Now we are looking for a Recruiter.
What you will do:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance

Partner closely with clients to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and performance expectations

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent

Proactively build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines

Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews to assess skills, mindset, and cultural alignment

Present qualified candidates with detailed insights and recommendations
Requirements:

1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing

Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates successfully
-
Results-driven mindset
-
English C1
