- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Time
Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales & Customer Representative (Evening Shift) who can communicate confidently and provide world-class service to clients. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, helping customers understand our services and assisting them through the process from inquiry to completion
Compensation:
- $1,000/month base salary
- Performance bonuses based on results
- Responsibilities
- Respond to client calls, messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Explain services clearly and accurately (apostille, notarization, legalization, etc.)
- Manage and update customer information in Zoho CRM (training provided)
- Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain excellent communication records and follow company procedures
- Meet monthly performance and conversion goals
